Matthias Kiesl focused his professional practice early on individual and collective labor law as well as social security law. Previously, he worked first as a consultant and subsequently as a team leader at the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labor, where, in addition to providing legal advice, he also held management responsibilities in the field of labor law. His work style is characterized by strategic thinking and clear argumentation – both in consulting and litigation. In his free time, he primarily enjoys sports and writing.
