KI-Tools können Personalprozesse effizienter machen – etwa bei Recruiting, Leistungsanalyse oder Arbeitsorganisation. Arbeitgeber dürfen dabei aber nicht alles, was technisch möglich ist. Kontrollmaßnahmen, Datenschutz und die neue Pflicht zur KI-Kompetenz müssen von Anfang an mitgedacht werden.
More...Die EU-Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie (2023/970/EU) ist bereits seit 6. Juni 2023 in Kraft und muss bis 7. Juni 2026 in nationales Recht umgesetzt werden. In Österreich fehlt bislang ein konkretes Gesetz. Da die Richtlinie bereits jetzt klare Vorgaben macht, sollten Arbeitgeber die erforderliche Umsetzung angehen.
