Real Estate projects are our passion. Since the founding of our law firm, we have supported and advised commercial real estate developers, residential construction companies and investors in finding the right legal framework for their real estate projects.

Most projects we advise are complex and large-scale ones. We are experienced in providing legal advisory services and support for the construction and expansion of large commercial complexes (computing and logistics centers, business parks) as well as for property development projects. Our services cover all phases ranging from the search for a site to turnkey delivery. We establish the legal basis for real estate projects of all types and provide support for raising funds.

We represent companies and private clients in court to enforce claims under rental and tenancy laws. We provide help in conducting effective contract negotiations and provide advice on lease and real estate purchase contracts.

Often, the complexity of the issues relating to tax on income from real estate and real estate transfer tax are underestimated. We provide professional advisory services in this context as well.

Our partner Georg Bruckmüller is a university lecturer for trusteeship law and real estate contract law at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz.
